I can't believe it's July already! Well another month is gone and that means is time for a new Uni Life chapter. I know I haven't posted in a while but I promise, I have a few post on draft just waiting to be out there.

Shooting in the garden
Hello gorgeous humans, today I have an outfit post for you guys! I know, how weird, I rarely do those posts even though I'm always telling myself to do them. I will try to make more of those, even tho I can't promise you that there will be outfit posts every week, maybe two or three times a month, maybe.
Here I'm wearing a grey oversized crop top and black shorts with grey detailing, both items from Forever 21; some sandals with a tribal detailing, I bought this ones at a shoe store called Ego; my necklace and rings, which you can not see very well on these pictures are also from Forever 21.
Hope you liked it, if you would like to see more outfit posts let me know on the comments, or tweet me, or message me on tumblr. Also don't forget to follow me on instagram I'm always on there.

Uni Life 5
I have decided that I'll be posting a new Uni Life at the end of each month, that way there is going to be more things to talk about.
On may I started my third semester of uni and it's been exhausting so far, there's so much work to do.
I went to a marathon this month and ran and it felt good :)
This month was the opening of Forever21 and everyone was going crazy. Also, it was my nineteen birthday this month so I decided to go to the opening of F21, which was the same day as my birthday, and buy some things as a birthday present for me from me :)
Not so much happened this month now that I think of it. I'll leave some pictures that were taken this month at the end.
P.S.: The screen of the computer I was using cracked so I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to be posting till I get it fixed. I know it's not like I post every day or every week, but I try to. Also I'm working on some outfits posts that you'll see soon and in my facebook page so I'll let you know when you can go check it and maybe like it?
He decidido
a me gusta?

Uni Life 4!
HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII! It's been awhile since the last time i made one of those. So, I'm gonna try to tell you what has happened since this year started. A new year, a new semester. My second semester to be exact! Which has finally ended! And I'm very happy about that!
This semester I took design and illustration classes for the first time, if you remember my January Favorites I talked about those classes. I also took the not so fun history class, and textile class, which wasn't fun either but we always left earlier than we should so it's ok! I also took "normal" classes like sewing (level 2) and patterns class (also level 2) ;)
This semester has been really stressing me so, it's normal to be very excited and happy to have vacations! Even if it's only for two weeks.
I know I always say I'll post every week, but I promise I'll try to!! so, without further ado, I'll "see" you all next week! (that's the plan).
I'll leave at the end pictures of my finals and outfits that i've wore lately and all that kind of stuff.
HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!

January 2014 Favorites!
I won’t make any excuses of
why I haven't post anything in the last month, like I was too busy with school
work, or I was way too busy in general; yes, I have a few school work that
needed my attention but that isn't a valid excuse since I had a lot of free/lazy
time that I could have used to write. The truth is that I wasn't inspired or
motivated to write on here this month, but now I'm back. Yes, I'm back and I
hope to not feel like this past month anymore.
So, starting with the
subject of this post, my January Favorites, I will like to say that I don't
have like a lot of favorite things this month and it might be a little bit
boring. And now that you’ve been "warned", let's get started:
- My Paulo Coelho "Alas Y Raices" 2014 agenda. Yes, I've been loving an agenda this month even though I don't use it as an agenda, I kind of use it as a journal were I write every single day about how I felt and important things that happened that day. I find this very therapeutic and that way I can keep spontaneous ideas there, maybe for future posts, who knows.
- American Horror Story. I watched all 3 seasons this month and you could say is now one of my ultimate favorite’s shows. I just love it and I can't wait for season 4.
- Double Chocolate
cookies from LaPanera. I bought these cookies one day at the supermarket
and absolutely loved them. They taste like brownies, literally! They come
in a little box with six cookies. By the time I took this picture the box
was long gone and these were the last two cookies.
- Cashmere glow body
lotion from Bath & Body Works. I just love the smell of this so much;
it's a really fresh smell.
- My illustration
classes at university. Okay. This is probably one of the highlights of
this month. The classes are super fun and I've learned so much and I feel
all professional now.
- Teen Wolf. I honestly
don't know how to describe my feelings for the second half of season 3; I
only can say "asdfghjkl". It's AMAZING! And the wardrobe of
Holland Roden and Crystal Reed! AHHH! I
just love this show,
okay? okay.
- House of Hades by Rick
Riordan. I talked about this book in November I think, and I still haven't
finished it, I still have a couple of chapters left but I love it so far
and it's awesome. I probably say that about all Rick Riordan’s books
because I just love his series and the way he writes. If you are into greek
and roman mythology I recommend you to read his books. (If you love Percy
Jackson as much I do, leave a comment below telling me which one of the
books is your favorite).
- Motivational Mondays.
This is a series of posts that the lovely and amazing Louise
(SprinkleofGlitter) bring to her readers every Monday to keep them
motivated on this hideous day (because everyone hates Mondays). You can
read them here. And also check her youtube channel here.
- Playing cards with my
grandma. You probably are like "what?" by this point, but I
spent a lot of time at my grandma's house this month and we played cards,
lots of cards. And may I say I won a few times. (And I'm proud of it since
is very difficult to beat my grandma).
And I think that was it! Leave a comment below telling me some of your favorite things this month or anything else you want to comment about (maybe you’re glad I’m back?).
I hope you had a lovely
month, and I would “see” you next week (hopefully)!

Uni Life: 3
Hello gorgeous people! How are you guys?
I'm super happy because I finally get some vacations and can relax and do some
things that don't involve studying.
So on Monday I woke up at 9 am and started
my essay for history around 10 am; after hours of reading, writing,
procrastinating and 68 pages, I finished at 2:30 am (yes, I spend the whole
day doing it). On Tuesday, I had the secret Santa thingy with some of my
friends from university. On Wednesday, I only had to give the teacher the essay
and I was free for the day. On Thursday, I had to hand in my finals for bi-dimensional
design and anatomy drawing and I was out around 10:15 am. On Friday I went
to get my driving license (woohoo, I can drive!). And today, I had a Christmas lunch
at my grandma’s house because my uncle is moving to LA and we’re not going to
see him on Christmas and tomorrow I have another Christmas lunch with my dad’s
family because another of my uncles is not going to be here for Christmas either. And I think I have a “Christmas dinner” with my friends
tomorrow night, I’m not sure yet.
So, that’s what I did this week, now I can
start writing other kinds of posts, I don’t know about what but I’ll think about
it. On other news, IT’S ALMOST CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! I’m really excited!
Also, I decided to show you what I wore to
the secret Santa thingy I had with my mates from uni (I thought it was a pretty
outfit so),
my anatomy drawing final just because I think it’s really awesome
and a little selfie of my makeup, hair and little details of my outfit today. The hair doesn’t look that amazing because it’s all black and you can’t see the little braids.

I hope you all had a pretty good week and
have a wonderful Christmas!

Karla

Hello beautiful people! Hope you all are having a good time preparing for the holidays. I still have one more week to be free!! I only got two more drawings (one for bidimensional design & anatomy drawing) and one big essay for history and I'm done! I can not wait for thursday!
I've always enjoyed christmas time but lately I've been really excited about it and i think its because all the vlogmas videos I've been watching on my spare time; the excitement that the british youtubers have when it come to christmas is unbelievable; watching them decorating the house, wearing christmas jumpers and singing christmas songs makes me want to live on a country where it snows so I could get even more excited about christmas and winter because we have sun the 365 days of the year and its summer all year.
I would love to live to the seasons and wear clothes according to each seasons but what can I do? I went out to buy some supplies for some of the drawing finals wearing ankle boots and some people looked at me like I was some kind of psycho.
If you're still on finals like me, good luck!! But if you aren't I hope you have a great week being free.
Till next week.

Uni Life
Like I said in my last post I've been really busy, I still have lots of school work to do and I've been trying to do my best at all of them. I still have two more weeks to go!! I'm mentally exhausted, I've been worrying about getting good grades, I'm stressed and my body hurts.
I just can't wait to be over with this semester so I can relax (maybe do some yoga), start reading the new Rick Riordan book "House of Hades" (its been on my nightstand for two weeks, calling me), maybe I'll catch up with my favorite shows and of course, eat lots of Christmas food.
And if you actually read my posts and you actually look forward to my next post, please bare with me! I'm still new to this and I've been trying my best to post at least once a week.
Love,
Karla xx
P.s.: my laptop hasn't been working for the last two weeks so I've been waiting for a kind human being to let me use their computer (and yes, I'm talking about my family).
P.s. 2.: I'm thinking of starting this "series" of posts where I update you guys on what I've been up to every week, but don't worry, I will still make other posts like the ones I've done so far.

Finals
So it’s officially December. Christmas is getting closer and so are finals. It’s that time where we have to stop procrastinating and
start studying, something we all (most of us) try to avoid. Since I’ve been
really busy with essays and projects I’ve decided to tell you some tips to help
you study.
- · Take breaks between your studies. Ex. Study for an hour, rest for 20 minutes. You might take a little bit longer but your brain won’t be saturated when you finish.
- · Listen to some music that you really like. Music in most scenarios helps people concentrate
- · Turn your phone off, that way you won’t be distracted by whoever is texting you.
Those are some of the things I do while
studying and I can tell you they actually work, at least for me, everyone is
different, you just need to find what makes you get your things done.
On other news, I went to see Catching Fire
on Saturday night and OMG! It was AMAZING!! I can’t wait for Mockingjay. Let me
know if you saw it and you can’t wait for the next movie to come out just like
me.
Or let me know if you try any of those tips
and if they worked for you.
-Karla
